This Privacy Policy explains what information Unlocked ("Unlocked", "we", "us") collects when you use our creator operations dashboard, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Unlocked you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and display name you provide to set up your workspace.
- Workspace data — the content you create in the dashboard, such as briefs, scripts, task details, avatars, brands, team members, due dates, and the links to videos you upload or publish.
- Connected-account data — when you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok or Google Drive), we receive limited data from that service as described below.
- Technical data — basic information needed to operate the service, such as a session cookie used to keep you signed in.
TikTok data
If you choose to connect a TikTok account, you authorize Unlocked through TikTok's official login to read a limited set of data about your own videos — specifically performance metrics such as view counts — via TikTok's API. We use this data only to display analytics for the videos you track inside your dashboard.
- We access TikTok data only for accounts that have explicitly authorized Unlocked.
- We never sell TikTok data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
- We store only the metrics needed to show your analytics, along with the access tokens required to refresh them.
- You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting the account in Unlocked, after which we stop fetching new data.
Our use of information received from TikTok adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms, including any limitations on use and storage of that data.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the dashboard and its features.
- To display the analytics and reports you ask us to track.
- To keep your account secure and signed in.
- To communicate with you about the service when necessary.
Third-party services
Unlocked integrates with third-party services that you choose to connect, including TikTok (for video metrics) and Google Drive (for video files you link). Your use of those services is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored on our hosting infrastructure and protected by reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including data obtained from connected accounts — by contacting us at the address below. Disconnecting a connected account stops further data collection from it.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your workspace. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
