Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unlocked creator operations dashboard ("Unlocked", the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the service
Unlocked is a workspace for planning, assigning, tracking, and measuring creator content operations. Features and functionality may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace password and any connected-account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use connected integrations in any way that violates those providers' terms.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect, including TikTok and Google Drive. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms when using the integrations.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (including third-party metrics such as view counts) will be complete or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlocked will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Jurisdiction to be finalized.)
